A great place for casual Shabu dinning. All meats were fresh as were the vegetables. After boiling in the broth of choice the meat and combined veggies was fantastic. Adding ramen noodles made this dinning experience near perfect . Great staff friendly and helpful. Good prices. A must try treat

Came here for lunch with coworkers and we sat in a row which worked out. Service was friendly and attentive. Remember to check in for a free lemonade-thank you! I ordered the vegetarian hot pot which was huge-came with a bowl of rice, udon noodles and thin egg noodles with a large variety of vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, taro and corn all for $19. I couldn't finish it and brought the rest home-made two more meals out of it. It was that much! The broth was really light so I had to add more seasoning for my leftover portion. Overall, it was really good bang for your buck and try the vegetarian hotpot!

Our first time here and have mixed feelings. We opted for the standard AYCE. I had the Japanese fish broth (subtle) and partner had the Konbu broth. The konbu is basically salt water with seaweed (kelp?) sheet. Hot water. You're given a check off sheet to select the items (meats, veggies, tofu, egg etc. we selected our items and a few minutes later they bring it to you. I noticed some items we selected weren't delivered. Well select it again. Again it wasn't brought to us. It turns out some of the items on the check off sheet were not available and they didn't tell us they weren't available. Didn't offer a substitute for the missing items. For example, they didn't have clams but didn't offer to replace it, just said they didn't have any. I guess it's all you can eat what we have. Most diners were seated around central area in a U shape counter, much like old diners where the server can attend to multiple diners. We sat at the counter height part of the U shaped counter. The stools need attention. Cushions were torn and another didn't appear to be safe to sit. Regular chairs seem fine. As it's a shabu/hot pot, humidity was high due to the boiling broths. Perhaps the ventilation needs attention as well. TLDR; OK place, selected food items may not be available, place needs attention.

This shabu place has been around for a while, we came in couple times on a weekday and a holiday weekend. I liked the traditional Japanese shabu seatings. The AYCE menu price differences were a bit much. I don't think the holiday price was worth the food value though. Also the sake price markups were a bit high for a local restaurant. However, the broth we have tried were flavorful and comforting. I especially liked the kimchi broth and it was spicy enough for me. The meat quality was decent and the shrimps were very well prepared. But it always took long time for the shrimps to come out. I liked the veggie selections which are a bit more than usual shabu places. The service was friendly and attentive enough. I think it's better to order AYCE when you are super hungry. Otherwise a single portion will do!

The place is a little run down inside, but it's cozy in a weird way. Had a late dinner here on weekend at 8:30 so there was minimum wait for the servers to get the bar ready. They have ala carte and all you can eat. We weren't super hungry so we ordered the dinner for 2 as it seemed like good value. Just look at how much meat there is! You can order two different soups, pick an appetizer, and pick two different meats. We ended up bringing 40% of this home for another meal since there was a lot of food left. Value is good. Service was ok, nothing stands out as good or bad. Only complaint is that the sauce were pretty standard stuff you find everywhere. Would have preferred some options of housemade sauce that makes Ten Shabu unique.

With their all-you-can-eat offering, the vast variety of selections is simply mind-blowing. From fresh veggies to perfectly sliced meats, there's no shortage of delicious options to immerse into their flavorful hot pot. The ambiance was equally commendable, boasting a perfect balance of comfort and sophistication that added to the overall dining experience. What truly stood out though, was the attentive service provided by our waiter. His recommendations were spot on, and his demeanor was genuinely welcoming and professional. In short, Ten Shabu hits all the right spots for a delightful hot pot meal. An incredible selection of food, a great ambiance, and excellent service - it's truly a must-try for any food lover!
